A custom analytics dashboard for a fan-engagement fintech platform, with real-time insight on fans, payments and campaigns, engineered on Python and AWS for internal and client-facing use.
The challenge
Qorbis (a platform uniting fan engagement, branded payments and customer data for sports and entertainment brands) needed to turn raw activity into clear, real-time insight for its own team and its brand clients.
Our approach
Acting as fractional CTO, we designed and built a custom analytics dashboard from the ground up: Python services on AWS (DynamoDB, load-balanced) feeding interactive charts for fans, spend, campaigns and engagement. Engineered for reliability and scale, not just a front end.
The outcome
A production-grade dashboard giving Qorbis and its brand partners a 360-degree, real-time view of fan and payment data: the analytics engine behind the product.
We worked with Qorbis as fractional CTO, building the data and analytics layer behind their fan-engagement fintech platform: a custom web dashboard on Python and AWS (DynamoDB, load balancers) that turns fan, payment and campaign activity into real-time, actionable insight for internal teams and brand clients. (Our work was the dashboard and data platform; the public marketing site was built separately.)
