A hand-built, AI-accelerated marketing website plus an MVP analytics dashboard and mobile concept for a fan-engagement fintech startup - the market-facing site and the product prototype behind it.
The challenge
Tribe Systems - a fan-engagement and loyalty platform with embedded payments for sports, music and esports - needed both a credible market-facing presence and a working product prototype to show partners and investors.
Our approach
As fractional CTO we built the marketing website from scratch - hand-coded, and one of our first fully AI-accelerated site builds - then prototyped the product itself: a 'Fanalytics' analytics dashboard and a mobile concept in React and Node.js.
The outcome
A polished marketing site and a working MVP dashboard and mobile concept that let Tribe tell its story and demonstrate the product - the technical foundation for the next stage. (Product prototype; not yet launched live.)
